The Power of a ‘Wearable Water Blessing’

This unique Water Crystal Pendant has been designed from the sacred geometry of a water crystal photograph taken from blessed water by H.H. the 17th Karmapa (Orgen Trinley Dorje). During the auspicious occasion of his first visit to Europe in 2014, designer Kumanga Andrahennadi met with His Holiness at the Bodhicharya Berlin Buddhist Centre and received the blessed water sample to be tested with Dr Emoto’s method of photographing water crystals. Designer Kumanga Andrahennadi is a student of both H.H. the 17th Karmapa and the late Dr. Masaru Emoto. After taking the water crystal photographs of the blessed water sample, Kumanga then travelled to Dharamsala, India to receive a blessing from His Holiness for the special design of the water crystal pendant itself. His Holiness has signed and blessed the design of the water crystal pendant that you can wear. In this special edition pendant, designer Andrahennadi has combined the spiritual concepts of drinking blessed water and wearing a blessing cord (which are traditionally made into a thread) into a beautifully-designed pendant which can be worn on the heart centre to transmit the healing vibrations of the water crystal. This unique pendant has been designed to wear during our day-to-day activities to help transform our negative emotions that can arise as a result of our deepest fears and stresses in life. A portion of the funds raised will support Bodhicharya Sri Lanka & the Emoto Peace Project in Japan.

H.H. the 17th Karmapa Orgen Trinley Dorje

The title “Karmapa” means “the one who carries out Buddha-activity” or “the embodiment of all the activities of the Buddhas.” In the Tibetan tradition, great enlightened teachers are said to be able to consciously control their rebirth in order to continue their activity for the benefit of all sentient beings. Throughout the centuries, Karmapas have been the central figures in the continuation of the Vajrayana Buddhist lineage in general, and the Kagyu Tibetan Buddhist lineage in particular, and have played a very important role in the preservation of the study and practice lineages of Buddhism. The 17th Karmapa, as a scholar and meditation master, as well as a painter, poet, songwriter and playwright, embodies a wide range of the activities that Karmapas have engaged in over the centuries. As an environmental activist, computer enthusiast and world spiritual leader whose teachings are often webcast live, the Seventeenth Gyalwang Karmapa has brought the Karmapa lineage’s activities fully into the 21st century.

Bodhicharya Sri Lanka

Bodhicharya Sri Lanka was launched in Colombo, Sri Lanka on 20th January 2015, becoming the first Tibetan Buddhist organisation in the island nation of Sri Lanka. Esteemed guests included Ringu Tulku Rinpoche (Spiritual Director of Bodhicharya International and the representative of H.H. the 17th Karmapa in Europe), President’s Counsel Suhada Gamlath (Solicitor General, Sri Lanka), as well as thirty international members of Bodhicharya International from 18 different countries. Bodhicharya Sri Lanka is currently raising funds to create the first Tibetan Buddhist Centre in Sri Lanka, and a portion of funds raised through these pendants will be donated towards this auspicious project.

Dr Masaru Emoto and Emoto Peace Project

The late Dr. Masaru Emoto is the founder of Emoto Peace Project. He’s the author of the bestselling books ‘The Hidden Messages Of Water’ and ‘Messages in Water,’ which illustrate his study of the effects of our thoughts, emotions and consciousness on water. His work has attracted global interest, and in 2004 he was featured in the film, ‘What The Bleep Do We Know,’ which investigates the connection between quantum physics and human consciousness. Dr. Emoto initiated the teaching of the HADO theory and teaches on this throughout the world. The Emoto Peace Project was launched in 2005 and provides the children’s version of ‘The Hidden Messages of Water’ to schools and schoolchildren around the world for free.
